Overview
Issue 19, Incarnates, will be a major revision to City of Heroes and City of Villains. The title references the Incarnate System, a new way for Level 50 characters to become more powerful.
This article summarizes some of the major features in Issue 19.
Confirmed Content
- An indeterminate number of Incarnate Levels, with accompanying content.
- Note: the Incarnate System will be available exclusively to those who purchase the Going Rogue expansion.
Notes
Release date has not been scheduled, but Issue 19 will be the first Issue to follow Going Rogue.
