Carnival Strongman Costume

Description
It's Halloween! Time to dress up and have some fun. This costume will let you dress up as a Strongman at any time during the next two weeks. Note that the costume is mutually exclusive with most self-stelth powers, and cannot be used while shape shifted.
How to Get
This power is rewarded as a Treat during the Halloween Trick or Treat event.
