Talk:Longbow Ballista

I went ahead and added a list of the named Ballistas to this page. Initially, I wanted a separate page for every unique mob (pretty much anything elite boss and up). Personally, it doesn't matter to me if we want to have a page for each one or if we want to consolidate them into one page. When I first saw Ballista-1, I thought he was unique, but then you start seeing more ballistas as you rise up through the villain ranks. The more you see, the more they seem to be just named enemies that happen to be Elite Bosses. This has been brought up before on the Longbow Talk Page. Any comments or suggestions? - Snorii 08:19, 1 August 2007 (EDT)
- IMHO, we should keep an individual file for each Ballista: As enemies because they may spawn under special conditions (triggered, ambushes and the like), and you have to note that somewhere. Besides, they gain new powers as they gain levels. Ballista 1 and Capt. DeVries can't be compared to each another. As characters because they may show up later, in some other mission or story arc, (just look how many times Sefu Tendaji shows up in the I10 SAs) and keeping a file on them and knowing where you found them and whats their history never hurts: besides, some of their quotes are funny! =), and the more informative the site, the better. =) Powers should be kept in the Longbow page, of course, so the whole progression can be seen there. The list of named Ballistas has been a brillant idea, Snorii =)

- Personally, I believe the only Ballista that deserves its own page is Sefu, as he has different powers (slightly) and a different image. The rest can be put into something like this, IMO:
- Name (Mission, cotnact)
- Quote
- Quote
- QUote
- Name (Mission, contact)
- Name (Mission, contact)
- QUote
- Quote

follwed by a list of un-named Ballistas (rare as they may be)
