StarGeek inspired me to prepare some usable avatar "images." They're actually CGI programs running on my web server that randomly select an image when it's executed. One for powers, one for badges.
Found a Babbage location not on Vidiotmaps or StarGeek's list: (-933.8, 0, -1230.6). He was wandering around in the area. He stood at this spot after being perturbed. I tried to lure him to the Police Drone (long trip), but Ball Lightning has a nasty DoT, so I gave up after acruing an immeasurable amount of debt.
