Dr. Sebastian Rossi
Overview
Researcher Haversham is a scientist who may have discovered a way to restore drained powers. Unfortunately for him, this has attracted the attention of both Dr. Aeon and Darla Mavis. He can be found during the mission Get Dr. Rossi from Darla Mavis (CoV, Levels 25 - 29), and he must be kidnapped and taken to his machine.
Dr. Sebastian Rossi has almost the same hit points as a Lieutenant of the same level and no attacks at all.
Once you have captured him, three waves of Arachnos troops will try to recapture him.

This hapless citizen is in over his head.
Dialogs
Just before you capture him, he will be talking with Aeon's guards:
Dr. Sebastian Rossi: No more, I beg you!
Arachnos soldier: Shut up, Doc. You want your food, you'll get back to work.
(agroed)
Arachnos soldier: Great. It's Villain.
Wolf Spider Hunstman: Open fire!
After being captured:
Dr. Sebastian Rossi: You take me to my creation? Ok? You'll see!
If left behind:
Dr. Sebastian Rossi: I can't keep up!
If refound:
Dr. Sebastian Rossi: You came back!
If he's recaptured by Arachnos:
Dr. Sebastian Rossi: Heeeelllllpppp!
Finally, at the Mutate-O-Tron:
Dr. Sebastian Rossi: Now you'll see my genius
