Additional Info, etc.
Some info from the boards, presumably from someone using Surveillance, that probably needs to be added somewhere:
- Tyrant does feed off of his Olympians. It does not look as if that heals him, however. It boosts toHit and damage, though, and his KB (heh). He stops summoning Olympians if he's brought below 40% of his max HP.
Other info about him:
- His eyebeam sweep has several unusual debuffs, but only to the following:
- Blasters
- Scrappers
- Brutes
- Stalkers
- Khelds
- Soldiers of Arachnos
These ATs suffer -20% damage, -10% heal, and -10% def for 25s when hit by his beam sweep. The flow lightning deals energy damage, but also applies stacking -resistance to energy damage. That's why standing in it is quite so bad.
(I still think there's another regen mechanic that we're not quite getting, as even when there are no Olympians, and the entire league is visibly pounding on him, he'll suddenly do the "heal myself" animation and his Favor drops and Health goes up.) --Jdsemma 04:48, 4 June 2012 (UTC)
- There seems to be a lot of argument as well regarding wether or not dying/hosping has an impact on his Favor (which impacts Regen) or not. Many folks are vehemently denying that hosping has any effect at all due to an examination of his Tyrant's powers... Personally, I don't think his powers alone tell the whole story, nor do I believe it is possible to know what does or doesn't impact Favor simply by watching standard league activity AND actually playing. I think it is too early to call a lot of the arguments and speculations that are going on... and we need to be very careful what we include on this page or put in a disclaimer since some people treat the Wiki as gospel... when clearly it is not and quite often has some measure of conjecture and questionable verbiage about. Just my take. — Talk · Cont
