Flambeaux

Flambeaux is a fiery-haired hero who developed a process to turn her body energies into biochemical fire she can project at her enemies.

Levels: Unknown. Found during a mayhem mission in Atlas Park.

Powers

FireBlast Flare.png Flares Ranged, Minor Damage, Fire, Damage over Time, Fire
A quick attack that throws Flares at the target. Little damage, but very fast.

FireBlast FireBlast.png Fire Blast Ranged, Moderate Damage, Fire, Damage over Time, Fire
Sends a blast of fire at a targeted foe and sets the target on fire for a short period of time. Slower recharge rate than Flares, but more damage.

FireBlast FireBall.png Fire Ball Ranged, Targeted Area of Effect, Moderate Damage, Fire/Smash, Damage over Time (Fire)
A Fireball consumes a targeted foe, and any other enemy in a tight radius. Anyone in that area is burned and damaged over a short period of time.

FieryFray FireSword.png Fire Sword Melee, Fire/Lethal, Damage over Time, Fire
The Hero can summon a fire sword that sets foes ablaze. Sucessful attacks will also do a slight damage over time.


No Mind

No Mind

No Mind has devoted his entire life to the study of martial arts and zen philosophy. Now that his skills are honed to perfection, he can act without thought and fight for balance in the universe.

Levels: Unknown. Found during a mayhem mission in Atlas Park.

Polar Shift

Polar Shift was orphaned when a tragic avalanche buried her parents' cabin. She barely survived by becoming one with the bone chilling ice, changing her life forever.

Levels: Unknown. Found during a mayhem mission in Atlas Park.

IceBlast Bolt.png Ice Bolt Ranged, Minor Damage, Cold/Smash, Foe -Recharge, -Speed
Ice Bolt quickly pelts an enemy with small icy daggers; their chill slows a foe's attacks and movement for a time. Fast, but little damage. Damage:Moderate, Recharge: Fast.

IceBlast IceBlast.png Ice Blast (Ranged, Moderate Damage (Cold/Smash), Foe -Recharge, -Speed
Ice Blast hurls shards of ice at foes and Slows their attacks and movement for a time. Slower recharge than Ice Bolt, but more damage. Damage: Moderate, Recharge: Moderate.

IceBlast FrostBreath.png Frost Breath Close Cone, Moderate Damage over Time (Cold), Foe -Recharge, -Speed
Unleashes a cone of frosty breath that can Slow your opponents movement and attacks. Very accurate and very deadly at medium range. Damage: Moderate (damage over time), Recharge: Slow.

FieryFray FireSword.png Fire Sword Melee, Fire, Damage over Time, Fire
The Hero can summon a fire sword that sets foes ablaze. Sucessful attacks will also do a slight damage over time.


Arc Flash

Arc Flash

Thanks to her magical bracers Arc Flash is able to harness the chaotic energies of lightning to blast her foes.

Levels: Unknown. Found during mayhem missions in Kings Row and Skyway City. She also may appear during the cape mission.

ElectricalBolt ChargedBolts.png Charged Bolts Ranged, Moderate Damage (Energy), Foe -Endurance
The Hero can quickly hurl small bolts of electricity at foes, dealing some damage and draining some Endurance. Some of this Endurance may transfer back to the Hero. Charged Bolts deals light damage but recharges quickly.

ElectricalBolt LightningBolt.png Lightning Bolt Ranged, Energy, Foe -Endurance
The Hero can send a large blast of electrical energy at a foe. Lightning Bolt deals good damage and also drains some endurance.

ElectricalBolt BallLightning.png Ball Lightning (Ranged) Targeted Area of Effect (Energy), Foe -Endurance
Hurls a highly charged ball of lightning that explodes on contact. Ball Lightning deals good damage in an area and also drains some endurance from each target it hits.

ElectricalBolt ShortCircuit.png Short Circuit Point Blank Area of Effect, Moderate Damage over Time, Energy, Foe -Endurance, -Recovery
Releases a burst of electrical energy around the Hero, shocking all nearby foes. This highly accurate discharge deals Moderate damage over time, drains a lot of Endurance from the targets and renders them unable to recover Endurance for quite a while. Additionally, Short Circuit deals extra damage to most robots and mechanical foes. Short Circuit is very effective when used with your other Endurance draining powers. Damage: Moderate, Recharge: Slow.

ElectricalBolt TelsaCage.png Tesla Cage Ranged, Minor Damage (Energy), Foe Sleep, -Endurance
Tesla Cage confines the target in an electrical prison. The target is overwhelmed by the electrical charge and is left helpless and can be attacked. The target is drained of some Endurance and some of the Endurance is transferred back to the Hero.


Rosethorn

Rosethorn

Rosethorn was a brillant botanist who was kidnapped by a villain working with the Devouring Earth. They were trying to develop human-plant hybrids, and ended up using her as a test subject! After she developed her powers she managed to escape and become the hero known as Rosethorn!

Levels: Unknown. Found during mayhem missions in Kings Row and Skyway City.

Quills Swipe.png Barb Swipe Melee, Minor Damage, Lethal, Damage over Time (Toxic), Foe -Speed, -Recharge
Shred your opponent with several quick swipes from your spines. Barb Swipe deals minor damage over time. Spine poison deals adittional damage over time and Slows affected foes. Damage: Minor (Damage over Time); Recharge: Very Fast.

Quills Lunge.png Lunge Melee, Moderate Damage (Lethal), Damage over Time (Toxic), Foe -Speed, -Recharge
Lunge forward stabbing and poisoning a targeted foe with a large Spine on your arm. Lunge deals moderate damage. Spine poison slows affected foes.

Quills Impale.png Impale Ranged, High Damage, Lethal, Damage over Time (Toxic), Foe -Speed, -Recharge, Immobilize
You can throw a single large Spine at a targeted foe. This Spine deals only Moderate damage, but carries a large ammount of the spine toxin. A successful attack can completely Immobilize most foes, as well as slowing them and dealing poison damage. Damage: Moderate; Recharge: Moderate.

Quills FlingQuills.png Spine Burst Point Blank Area of Effect, Moderate Damage, Lethal, Damage over Time (Toxic), Foe -Speed, -Recharge
You can fling dozens of Spines in all directions. These Spines only travel a short distance, but they can deal moderate damage and poison any target close to you. Spine poison slows affected foes.



Stalwart

Stalwart

Stalwart started off as a champion prize fighter. It took him only a short while to discover that his power and abilities never stopped growing by leaps and bounds. After a very brief but undefeated career Stalwart decided he was destined for greater things. Now he fights the evil of the world one left hook at a time.

Levels: Unknown. Stalwart can be fought during the Cape Mission and has been seen in the Steel Canyon mayhem.

Powers

SuperStrength Hurl.png Hurl Ranged, Moderate Damage, smash, Foe Knockback
You are able to tear up a chunk of ground beneath your feet and Hurl it at an enemy. This attack is close ranged, deals moderate damage and can knock foes back. Damage: Heavy. Recharge: Moderate.

SuperStrength Jab.png Jab Melee, Smash, Foe Disorient
You have been disoriented.

SuperStrength Punch.png Punch Melee, Smash, Foe Knockback
A Super Strength Punch is a powerful pummeling attack, and it may knock foes off their feet.

SuperStrength Haymaker.png Haymaker Melee, Smash, Foe Knockback
The Haymaker is a slow attack, but it makes up for it with a greater damage and a high chance of knockback.

SuperStrength HandClap.png Hand Clap Area of Effect Disorient, Foe Knockback
The Longbow Warden can clap his hands together to send out a violent shockwave. The shockwave can knockdown most nearby foes and can Disorient many of those. Hand Clap deals no damage.

Invulnerability TemporaryInvulnerabilty.png Temp Invulnerability Toggle, Self +Resistances (Smash, Lethal)
When you activate this power, you become highly resistant to Smashing and Lethal damage for a short duration. Recharge: Very Long.

Invulnerability UnyeildlingStance.png Unyielding Toggle, Self +Resistance (Disorient, Hold, Sleep, Slow, Knockback)
When you toggle on this power, you become Unyielding. You are resistant to all damage except Psionics, as well as Knockback, Sleep, Hold, Immobilize, and Disorient effects. However, your defiant stature means you are more likely to be hit.


Doc Quantum

Doc Quantum

Doctor Quantum has used his scientific genius to develop a means of wielding quantum energies to defeat super-powered menaces.

A quick attack that rapidly hurls small bolts of energy at foes, sometimes knocking them down. Fast, but little damage.

PowerBlast PowerBlast.png Power Blast Ranged, Energy/Smash, Foe Knockback
A much more powerful, yet slower version of power bolt. Power Blast sends a focused beam of energy at a foe that can knock him back.

PowerBlast PowerBurst.png Power Burst (Ranged) Close, High Damage, Energy/Smash, Foe Knockback
A short range but devastating attack. Damage: Heavy; Recharge: Slow.

PowerBlast Explosion.png Explosive Blast (Ranged) Targeted Area of Effect, Smash/Energy, Foe Knockback
Hurls a blast of charged energy that violently explodes on impact, damaging all foes near the target.

EnergyManipulation PowerThrust.png Power Thrust Melee, Smash/Energy, Foe Knockback
A powerful thrust from the Hero that does smashing and energy damage and knocks you back.


Ms. Shock

Ms. Shock

Ms. Shock is a mutant with the ability to store and discharge electrical energy. She uses her powers to counter super-powered threats.

You can emit Laser Beams from your eyes, dealing moderate Energy damage. This attack can reduce the target's Defense. You must have Conserve Power or Focused Accuracy before selecting this power. Damage: Moderate, Recharge: Fast.

Unleashes a cone of energy that knocks foes back.

Powerful focused punch that may Disorient your opponent! .

PowerPunch Quick.png Barrage Melee, Smash/Energy Damage, Foe Disorient
Barrage is a short, quick one-two combo punch. Deals little damage, but is quick and has a chance to Disorient the target.

SuperStrength Haymaker.png Bone Smasher Melee, Smash/Energy, High Damage, Foe Disorient
The Bone Smasher is a slow attack, but makes up for it with a greater damage. Has a greater chance to Disorient than Energy Punch.

PowerPunch Flurry.png Whirling Hands Melee, Area of Effect Smash/Energy, Foe Disorient
Launches a dizzying attack against everything in a nearby area.

Sky Dragon is a master of a mystical art known only to a few Eastern sorcerers. He has come to Paragon City to defeat villainy in all its forms.

Blast Furnace is a mutant who can cause his body to burst into flame. Somewhat uncontrollable, he has taken to wearing armor to contain his awesome energies.

The Hero's hands are engulfed in flames, igniting the target.

The Hero can summon a fire sword that sets foes ablaze. Sucessful attacks will also do a slight damage over time.

FieryFray Combustion.png Combustion (Melee) Area of Effect, Fire, Damage over Time, Fire
The Hero violently raises the temperature around himself to spontaneously combust all nearby foes and set them ablaze with flames that are hard to extinguish. Faster recharge and much larger radius than Fire Sword Circle, but not as much damage.

The Hero breaths forth a cone of fire that burns all foes within its narrow cone. Very accurate and very deadly at medium range.

The Fire Sword has lowered your defense.

FieryFray Incinerate.png Incinerate Melee, High Damage over Time (Fire)
Intense concentration can allow you to incinerate an opponent. This will set your foe ablaze, dealing damage over time.

FlamingShield PlasmaSheild.png Fire Shield Toggle: Self +Resistances (Fire, Lethal, Smash, Cold)
While this power is active, you get a good resistance to Lethal, Smashing and Fire damage. Fire Shield also provides minimal resistance to Cold damage. Recharge: Very Fast.

FlamingShield HealingFlames.png Healing Flames Self Heal, +Resist: Disorient
The Hero can concentrate for a few moments and to dramatically heal himself with Healing Flames. The power of the flames can also protect the Hero from Disorientation for a while.


Cacophony

Cacophony

Cacophony was a singer whose mutant powers manifested during an opera performance, causing untold mayhem and destruction. Since then she has managed to harness her powers for good.

Levels: 40-54

Powers:

The Howl has reduced your damage resistance.

SonicBlast MassiveDamage.png Dreadful Wail Foe: Disorient, -Resist
You have been disoriented and your resistance to damage has been decreased.




Holo Man

Holo Man

Holo Man is an ingenous inventor who developed a portable holograph and force field projector technology in hopes of becoming wealthy off the entertainment industry. When the Rikti War came, he instead used it to fight off the alien invaders, and has turned to the life of a hero since then.
