Contaminated Scavenger
These thugs have gotten their hands on a mysterious drug that drives them mad. The source of this drug remains a mystery, but without help these Contaminated brutes will tear the city apart.

Rock Ranged, Smash
Prisoners can pick up small rocks and throw them at their foes. Not much damage.
Pipe Melee, Smash, Moderate Damage
Pick up a stick or a pipe and clobber your foes.

These thugs have gotten their hands on a mysterious drug that drives them mad. The source of this drug remains a mystery, but without help these Contaminated brutes will tear the city apart.

Revolver Ranged, Lethal, Moderate Damage
Small caliber side arm. Not very accurate.
Contaminated Brawler

If a hero defeats 100 Contaminated, he or she will earn the Isolator Badge.

Notes
- The description text of all Contaminated powers is labeled as powers of the "Prisoners."
- The description text of the Rock power contains a misspelling and a grammatical error. The actual description is, "Prisoners can pick up a small rocks [sic] and throw then [sic] at their foes. Not much damage."
