Powers Section
The Powers section should only include the list of powers, not the "X uses these powers:" notice. Here's a DPL template and its output showing what the Powers would look like when applied to another article (such as the Longbow enemy group):

Riflemen use the following powers:
Advanced Assault Rifle Burst (Ranged, Lethal) Foe -Defense
Your Defense has been lowered by the Advanced Assault Rifle Burst.
Adv Assault Rifle Heavy Burst (Only Level 30+) (Ranged) Damage Over Time, Lethal
You are taking Lethal damage over time from the Advanced Assault Rifle Heavy Burst.
Brawl Melee, Smash
When all else fails, use your own 2 fists.
