The Sky Raiders were just added to the zone's villain list. While they are present in IP, I feel that they don't show up in sufficient numbers to be worth mentioning. | + | :I agree. They are sort of like the occasional Warrior you used to run into being picked on by the Outcast or Trolls in the Hollows prior to Issue 12. You may find a Family Lieutenant battling a Skyraider Lieutenant here or there but there certainly aren't any mobs of them roaming around. Sky Raiders

- I agree. They are sort of like the occasional Warrior you used to run into being picked on by the Outcast or Trolls in the Hollows prior to Issue 12.
