Monica Haliburton was an aspiring young astronaut that was chosen at the last second to join the expedition to Saturn. Some bad mojo went down and all but 2 of the 7 crew members died, with Monica being severely burned by plasma stuffs. Some crazy Gravity Dominator thought it'd be cute to grant her cat anti-gravity. Poor thing can't land on her feet. The wings are just for show, people get weirded out when non-winged cats fly by.
