Allows a player to change the default channel in the chat window.
Channel Names
- Global Channel names should be spelled out completely. I.E. /chat_set Infinity Raiders
- default channels have short aliases
- a = Active Tab
- b = Broadcast
- c = Coalition
- f = Friends
- g = League
- l = Local
- p = Local
- r = Request
- s = Super Group
- t = Team
