Unique?

Superior Invisibility
- Superior Invisibility is the only toggle invisibility power that allows you to attack while it is active
Is this true anymore? I know energy aura's cloak allows you to attack while it is on, plus stalker's hide ability allows them to attack with it on. Perhaps its talking about the concealment pool. If I had to guess this text is outdated and worded before other stealth powers were added.
