Heather is certainly 'introduced' by both Threatening Arachnos Message and Captain Nolan's arcs, although not in the classic "Introduce a new contact" style of old. Maharaj is introduced by Threatening Arachnos Message 'along the way' as well. Also, I am not sure what you mean by 'sub-mission'. Rather, the arcs of Nolan and TAM are a set of changing objectives. The purpose of the Noalan and TAM arcs are to introduce charcters ICly to DA and the contacts there 9and the situation), so... yeah, not your standard stuff. iven we can talk to Heather and Maharaj without the arcs... Part of a chain mission
This contact is not introduced by Threatening Arachnos Message. This contact does not introduce Heather Townshend. Both contacts are endpoints for FedEx-style sub-missions that are part of a chain started by Threatening Arachnos Message.
