Jack Wolfe is an NPC in Atlas Park, inside City Hall's main lobby. His coordinates are (96, -768, -669).
Information
Jack Wolfe provides respecification of powers. You must have an earned respec banked before he will let you change your power and slotting choices.
Historical
After the destruction of Galaxy City in Issue 21, Jack Wolfe was "rescued" and relocated to Atlas Park. At that time, he stood in the Freedom Corps Headquarters in Galaxy Girl at coordinates (543, -139, -897).
