Description
While rampaging in the Rogue Isles, you acquired an Immobilizer Ray. Unfortunately, it seems to require something only present there to recharge.
How to Get
Obtain the following badges:

Master of the Airwaves Badge | Exploration | Grandville, on tower in The Tangle. (2726, 734, 1043) |

Paroled Badge | Exploration | St. Martial, west of Fortune's Wheel marker. (-896, 9, -1496) |

Couch Potato Badge | Accomplishment | Complete the Destroy books for Television mission from the Television. |

Electrician Badge | Defeats | Defeat 100 Cap au Diable Demons. |

Strike Buster Badge | Defeats | Defeat 200 Scrapyarders. |

Surging Badge | Defeats | Defeat Deathsurge. |
Notes
- The Yesterday's News badge is awarded to characters of the hero and vigilante alignments. The same badge on villains and rogues is called Headline Stealer.
- This badge is only awarded to characters of the villain or rogue alignments. Although credit for this badge may be earned by heroes or vigilantes, the badge will not be awarded to a character until they change alignment.
