Overview
Issue 19, Incarnates, will be a major revision to City of Heroes and City of Villains. The title references the Incarnate System, a new way for Level 50 characters to become more powerful.
This article summarizes some of the major features in Issue 19.
Confirmed Content
The following details were revealed at the City of Heroes panel at the PAX East Convention on March 27, 2010.
- Nine new levels of the Incarnate System; the first level will be included as part of Going Rogue, giving 10 total levels.
- Note: the Incarnate System will be available exclusively to those who purchase the Going Rogue expansion.
- New rewards and new zone events.
- Storylines that mention Praetoria will be updated to reflect the story events of Going Rogue
