Description
This device was built to interfere with Clockwork's energy signals within it's conical area of effect. The Wave Scrambler has 30 charges. The wave scrambler emits a Psychic Scream, causing psychic damage. Against Clockworks it causes additional damage.
How to Get
To obtain this power, accept the Test Wave Scrambler against the Clockwork mission from Colleen Saramago, Jake Montoya, Maggie Greene, or Wyatt Anderson.
