The Massive Secure Complex qualifies as a large Base Plot size available for a Group to build a Base.

It is the largest plot size available out of the seven in the Secure Base Plots category.

The Massive Secure Complex measures 24x28 grids and has a cost of 137,812,500 Prestige.

As with all Secure Base Plots it is allowed to have secondary Energy and Control Base Items as well as additional Batteries beyond the limits of the Hidden Base Plots.
