Overview
Issue 7, titled Destiny Manifest, is a major revision to City of Heroes and City of Villains. The release date has yet to be determined, but it is speculated that it will be in the late April/early May time frame. Some of the known major features to be released in this issue are:
- The level cap of villains will be raised from 40 to 50
- The addition of the Grandville zone in City of Villains and the Recluse's Victory player versus player zone in City of Heroes and City of Villains
- The introduction of Mayhem Missions in City of Villains
- The addition of Patron Power Pools for villains
- The introduction of the Electric Melee, Electric Armor, Thugs, Dark Armor, and Dark Melee powersets to villains
- The addition of Storage Items, Empowerment Stations, and numerous decorative items to bases
- The addition of Foreshadow, Mirror Spirit, Spark Blade, and Rose Star
