Arsonist
The Arsonist probably suffers from some form of pyromania. He likely hides some deep-seated trauma or has some background of family dysfunction. None of that matters now. The Arsonist's only pleasure is to burn things, and people, to the ground.

These young hotheads are not the brightest bunch, but they are extremely loyal to the right leader. This makes them a valuable asset to a Mastermind who is smart enough, and strong enough, to utilize their talents. His gang related activities have taught him well, and he is a pretty good shot with his pistols.

A natural leader. In another life, he could have amounted to something. Never-the-less, younger Thugs can learn a lot from him, and are more effective fighters when he is around. The Thug Enforcer has seen his share of gang wars, and his experience with street weapons is invaluable.

Souls are resistant to Sleep, Fear, Immobilize and Slow. They are also resistant to Smashing, Lethal, Cold, Negative, and Toxic damage. They can cast Ghastly Blasts, Life Drain, and can hold foes with a Necroplasmic Grasp.
