Raw NPC Text
As entered in the article, the NPC text may need some adjustment. For example, I'm not certain on some of the Rogue Isles Villains text in the first mission that lines entered at 25% were not actually spoken on defeat. The raw text from the Task Force follows:
Mission 1:
[NPC] Bad Penny: A penny saved is me.
[NPC] Bad Penny: In for a penny, in for a pound!
[NPC] Bad Penny: You'll never stop us, Rakel5.
[NPC] Bad Penny: Hey! Don't take this personally; we were just hired to do a job.
[NPC] Tarantula: Finally, we get to hit at Paragon City!
[NPC] Fortunata: Hey, this is just a quick raid.
[NPC] Tarantula: B. Samson is here! This job is going bad!
[NPC] Misadventure: Hurry up! I want to get out of here before things turn bad.
[NPC] Misadventure: Well isn't this just my bad luck!
[NPC] Misadventure: Hey, this is just a contract job, Rakel5. Can't I convince you to let me just walk away?
[NPC] Misadventure: I'm not going to let you capture me!
[NPC] Misadventure: I should have known this was going to go bad.
[NPC] Sardonic: Well, this was sure fun.
[NPC] Sardonic: Oh, like you think you can stop me?
[NPC] Sardonic: Yeah, how come if I get hired to be a distraction, I'm the one who's getting pounded on?
[NPC] Sardonic: Typical hero behavior. Pounding on the guy who isn't even the real problem!
[NPC] Sardonic: Why are you wasting your time with me? The other guy is getting away with the goods.
[NPC] Comrade: The workers supply the means of production.
[NPC] Comrade: From each according to his abilities, to each according to his needs!
[NPC] Comrade: You're too late! Schadenfreude has already gotten what he was after and left through that portal. Once I deal with you, I'll follow him.
[NPC] Comrade: I find you annoying, Rakel5. It will be a pleasure to defeat you.
[NPC] Schadenfreude: Keep those troops moving! The Great Leader will be with us soon, and I want these men in position and ready for orders!
[NPC] Schadenfreude: Kill these intruders! They must not be allowed to interfere!
[NPC] Raserei Ubermenschen Rifle: I am happy to be called to do my duty.
[NPC] Vampyr Parasite: The duty of stopping B. Samson has fallen on us!
[NPC] Schadenfreude: Your puny efforts cannot stand against our might! Our forces emerge from their time portals and the 5th Column will rise again!
[NPC] Schadenfreude: Such is the fate of all who dare stand against the might of the 5th Column.
[NPC] Schadenfreude: Such is the fate of all who dare stand against the might of the 5th Column.
[NPC] Schadenfreude: Even as I defeat you, our troops continue to arrive through the portal. You fight a losing game.
[NPC] Schadenfreude: Such is the fate of all who dare stand against the might of the 5th Column.
[NPC] Schadenfreude: Such is the fate of all who dare stand against the might of the 5th Column.
[NPC] Schadenfreude: Such is the fate of all who dare stand against the might of the 5th Column.
[NPC] Schadenfreude: No! This must not happen. I must not fail!
[NPC] Schadenfreude: My general, I have failed you...
[NPC] Vampyr Parasite: It is good to be back here.
[NPC] Raserei Ubermenschen Fire: I did not like hiding back in time, like some coward.
[NPC] Vampyr Parasite: We cannot let these heroes stop us!
[NPC] Vampyr Mesmerist: Why do we have to wait?
[NPC] Vampyr Parasite: The troop portal is only so large; it takes time to gather our forces here.
[NPC] Vampyr Mesmerist: It is time to stop waiting and attack!
[NPC] Raserei Ubermenschen Rifle: We must prepare for the invasion!
[NPC] Raserei Ubermenschen Grenade: The Great Leader will see us to victory!
[NPC] Raserei Ubermenschen Rifle: Intruders! What are they doing here?
Mission 2:
[NPC] Generalmajor Strucker: At last! The day of our triumph is upon us!
[NPC] Generalmajor Strucker: Your efforts are doomed to failure, heroes.
[NPC] Generalmajor Shultz: You there! Get to work. We don't want to get caught loitering.
[NPC] Generalmajor Shultz: No! Do not let B. Samson interfere with the plan!
[NPC] Generalmajor Sinclair: I've waited a long time for this day to come, and I must tell you it feels good to be here.
[NPC] Generalmajor Sinclair: You won't interfere with me, B. Samson. Not today, of all days!
[NPC] Generalmajor von Kleig: Ja, you will proceed with the invasion plan now.
[NPC] Generalmajor von Kleig: Actung! Stop the intruders!
[NPC] Generalmajor Leitter: Assemble in the standard formation and conduct a sweep to the west.
[NPC] Generalmajor Leitter: Ach, we have planned for this! Troops, mass fire on the heroes!
[NPC] Reichsman: Ah, B. Samson, you cannot imagine how good this feels.
[NPC] Reichsman: You can pit your puny powers against me, but it will do you no good.
[NPC] Reichsman: I was better than anyone before, and now I've been enhanced... supercharged.
[NPC] Reichsman: Do what you will; you ca't touch me. No one can. I'm unstoppable!
Mission 3:
[NPC] Ritter Franz: Keep your eyes open. We do not want any slip ups now.
[NPC] Ritter Franz: Your resistance is like your so-called freedom; puny and, in the end, doomed to failure.
[NPC] Ritter Franz: You are strong; I give you that. But your strength is nothing compared to that of the 5th Column!
[NPC] Ritter Franz: I may fall, but you will not stop the coming of the glorious day!
Mission 4:
[NPC] Verteidiger: These patrols are needed to keep the peace.
[NPC] Verteidiger: Your kind haven't been seen since our triumph in the war!
[NPC] Verteidiger: You shall join the rest of those fools who dared stand against the might of the Axis!
[NPC] Verteidiger: Your efforts will be to no avail, you freak. You will fall to our strength!
[NPC] Vampyr Parasite: Stop these intruders!
[NPC] Vampyr Mesmerist: Verteidiger has ordered us into the attack!
[NPC] Verteidiger: This is a temporary setback. You cannot defeat me!
[NPC] Wolfpack Mk. II: The reserves have been activated.
[NPC] Verteidiger: I am undone.
[NPC] Wolfpack Mk. II: Protect the homeland! Defeat the intruders!
Mission 5:
Notes:
- I think I missed some of Meuller's text
- My team got the godlike version of Reichsman that pops his Unstoppable power every time he hits 25% and takes no damage until it drops, so we didn't defeat him. The last few lines of text are lifted from the Reichsman article.
[NPC] Roderick Mueller: Even now, Reichsman sets in motion the final piece of his plan that will bring the Glorious Day of our triumph!
[NPC] Roderick Mueller: It's B. Samson and his allies! Stop them from reaching Reichsman!
[NPC] Reichsman: "Already no one can stand before me. With the addition of your organizations, we will rule this place...under my guidance, of course."
[NPC] Vanessa Devore: "Your plan seems a good one. But why should you be the one in charge?"
[NPC] Nemesis: "Your plan seems flawed, Reichsman."
[NPC] Reichsman: "You must see the benefits of making common cause with me."
[NPC] Reichsman: "So I offer you this: Join me or stand aside."
[NPC] Akarist: "I see the value of your proposal, Reichsman."
[NPC] Countess Crey: "Tell me what's in it for me."
[NPC] Reichsman: "Once again, you heroes seek to thwart me. And once again, I shall send you running back to your mothers like little children scared of the dark!"
[NPC] Reichsman: "Vas? What is happening? How did you get so powerful?"
[NPC] Reichsman: "Akarist, you will accept my offer of alliance... Now. Come aid me!"
[NPC] Akarist: "What? Betrayal!"
[NPC] Reichsman: "Together, we cannot fall. That is the point of this potential alliance, Vanessa Devore."
[NPC] Vanessa Devore: "Even here, these heroes interfere. They shall learn the folly of their actions."
[NPC] Reichsman: "Aid me now and my forces will aid you in the future."
[NPC] Reichsman: "What have you done to me? Countess, assist me with these heroes!"
[NPC] Countess Crey: "What? Stop them!"
[NPC] Reichsman: "I cannot fail! You will not stop me! Nemesis, to me!"
[NPC] Nemesis: "I was prepared for this!"
[NPC] Reichsman: "I will not accept this!"
[NPC] Reichsman: "You may have triumphed today, Character, but I will return!"
[NPC] Reichsman: "Your attacks feel as light as love taps, Character. Try again."

Additional Notes
Schadenfreude's info: Schadenfreude has remained loyal to the 5th Column cause and has risen to a high rank within the resurgent organization.
Schadenfreude appears to be a clone of Nosferatu, or at least very similar.
Generalmajor Strucker's info: Generalmajor Strucker is a true 5th Column loyalist. He's remained hidden between Time with the bulk of the 5th Column forces, waiting for the time when the glorious day would come and the 5th Column would emerge once again, in all of it's glory.
Reichsman's info: This Marcus Cole, from an alternate dimension, was a rogue and a mercenary who was exposed to mustard gas during World War I. In search of a cure for the effects of the gas, Marcus discovered the Well of Furies. He drank from the well and was granted incredible powers. Adopting the persona of Reichsman, Marcus used these powers in the service of the Axis powers on his world, leading them to victory over their foes. When he discovered the existence of another Earth, he traveled there and was defeated and imprisoned by the Freedom Phalanx. Now he's back, and ready for revenge.
Verteidiger's info: Verteidiger is a loyal officer of the Government.
Dimensional Grounding Ray info: (Foe: Special) - Temporary Powers - On most creatures this ray would be harmless, however blasting an entity which is drawing its power from an alternate dimension will have its power source severed. This should be the perfect tool to weaken Reichsman. 10 uses left
Though we didn't finish the Task Force, there appear to be two possible text strings for mission completion on the last mission:
- You've defeated Reichsman's potential allies, stopping his plan from moving forward.
- You and your team stopped Reichsman and the 5th Column, hopefully once and for all.

Special Bosses in first mission
Only played it twice, but if I remember right, the special bosses in the first mission, Bad Penny, Comrade, etc, they all spawned as Elite Bosses rather than their normal Boss status. Sera404 22:08, 31 May 2009 (UTC)
- That's entirely possible. I don't have any screenshots where I specifically had any of them targeted, so I can't confirm at the moment whether they spawned as Boss or Elite Boss. Sounds like something to look for on any additional runs. --Eabrace 00:09, 1 June 2009 (UTC)
Updated raw text dump
Here's a raw text dump of all NPC chatter (from the [NPC] channel) from when I ran it last night. The primary reason I'm including it is that I noticed that Akarist is no longer present in the last scene; Gyrfalcon was instead. (Unfortunately, I don't have things split out by mission.) -- Sekoia 18:58, 30 June 2009 (UTC)

Gyrfalcon: Why would you think the Malta Group would throw its resources in with your bunch of fascists, Herr Reichsman? It is a good thing I'm restrained by this bubble, or I'd show you exactly what we do with your type.
Gyrfalcon: Hero intervention! You can't control your own base. I'll do what I have to to save my own skin, but don't come near me after this, Reichsman.
Reichsman: Gyrfalcon, come aid me!
