Overview
Icecap belongs to the Rogue Isles Villains.
Villains may find him:
- in the Architect Entertainment buildings of the Rogue Isles as an NPC
- in jail during Atlas Park Mayhem Missions.
Information
Orphaned in the bitter-cold mountains of Nepal this young man made a pact with the harsh spirits of frost and ice to bring their pain wherever he walked.
