A group formed when City of Heroes was only days old after having gone live, Jumping Jack (the character) has been the leader and primary member for the duration.
Currently, the group exists mostly for Jack to have a base to play with, and because Jack was too sentimental to leave after friends went on to greener pastures (different servers, different games).
