Origin

Adam Drake moved to Paragon with his wife Sierra for her new job at the hospital in Atlas Park. As he was walking around the city, he met an old homeless man who asked him for some money. Adam reached into his pocked and pulled out his wallet. The man begged Adam's forgiveness as he reluctantly took the money. The man began to explain his situation to Adam, and he told of his families death during the Rikti Invasion and of how he lost his job due to increasing depression. Adam couldn't help but feel pity for the man.

As Adam was listening to the mans tale, he was struck in the back of the head with a gun. Two thugs from the Skuls took Adam's wallet and started to run away. The old man tried to stop them but was rewarded for his efforts with a bullet. Adam woke up bleeding from the back of his head. Disoriented, he saw the old man's lifeless body laying next to him. Adam clutched the old man's body in his arms as tight as he could and began screaming for help. But no help would arrive.

Physically and emotionally shaken by the event he had witnessed, Adam sank deep into depression. Sierra knew her husband would never be the same again but she knew she had to find a way to give him some happiness. After thinking long and hard, the solution came to her when she saw one of her husbands comic books lying on a desk. After talking to Adam, they both decided that he would train and help prevent what he witnessed from occurring again.

Adam began training with a man known as []. [] began teaching Adam many forms of martial arts and helped Adam greatly on his journey to become a hero. However, after only a short time of training, [] announcing to Adam that he was dying. He had fought the Rikti many years ago on his home planet of [] and in doing so was poisoned and now the poison was finally killing him. Before passing on. [] granted Adam the name of Jadster which means "Warrior Hero" in []. Not long after []'s death, Adam realized he now had the ability to fly and had a healing factor. As Jadster, Adam Drake does his best to make Paragon City a safer place.

2123 Rebirth

Although as "Jadster" Adam Drake has had a fairly average run as a hero, everything changed for him when he was warped into a possible future timeline. In the year 2123, A global war erupted and destroyed most of the world as we know it. A handful of heroes are fighting against a legion of super villains. The heroes tried to use their time warp machine to bring Statesman to their aid, but they instead brought Jadster. Expecting a disappointment, the heroes were surprised at Jadster's ability as a hero. The heroes presented Jadster with a new ExoProto suit which would futher enhance his reflexes. Over the Course of a year, Jadster grew to become a leader of the group of heroes and it seemed that the heroes could win the war. During a final Battle with the villains, all the heroes were killed except Jadster. Just as the Supreme Commander of the Villain Forces, Rockonsian IV, drew his blade in a effort to behead Jadster, Jadster was teleported back to the moment he first was taken away. Now back in his own time with his new suit and much longer hair, Jadster will do anything to prevent that future from happening.
