Key Binding

By putting together a list of all the Keys and what they do, I want to emphasize the Keys that Are NOT used so we know exactly which to bind to and how. Also note that keys in game are not Case Sensitive. (You cannot have a bind for A and a.) The only exception to this is when using a combination of keys such as Shift, Alt, Control, + (Key). Also Note that some keys cannot be bound with combinations. (I've tried to use the { } and other key's that are only able to produce with the shift key, and do not seem to be recognized.)
