Luge and Slalom terms -- Sorry for being a stickler about this, but there are three reasons that these should not be used:
1) The game doesn't use these terms for the slopes;
2) The terms are inaccurate. The Expert course is *nothing* like a slalom event, the Expert slope is a prototypical *downhill* event -- check wikipedia for the differences. It would be like calling a sprinting event 'the hurdles' when there are no hurdles involved. The Advanced course would be luge if a luge was involved, but it's not, it can equally be skeleton, or bobsled, or toboggan); and,
3) Players are not uniformly calling these slopes 'slalom' or 'luge'. A search of the forums show only a handful of references to 'slalom' with one player even asking if it's like slalom where you go outside the poles and not inside. The vast majority call it 'the ski slope.' Only about 15 people call the advanced course 'luge', most of them in the thread entitled 'Advanced Ski Course.' About as many call it a bobsled run and a handful call it a toboggan run. Zombie Man 01:15, 21 December 2008 (UTC)
