This faction can only be found in Brickstown, especially in the Zig prison or nearby.
Prisoners don't have a "regular" Lieutenant or Boss: all of them are named. Check the enemy's class before engaging, as it's easy to attack a Boss without realizing.
Their attacks are random, and there's no apparent way to know what they will use. It's touch and go. Possible combos:
- Minions: Rock, Knife \ Rock, Pipe \ Rock, Brawl.
- Bosses: Shotgun \ Submachine Gun.
