Overview

This the Tier III Empowerment Station, which enables you to make long-duration Buffs that can boost your character's effectiveness. The buffs last one hour each.

This station formerly allowed you to make Base Salvage Components; however, Base Salvage and Component Salvage was retired from the game in Issue 13, in favor of using one or more Invention Salvage per buff.

Description

This Empowerment station enables you to make Tier II Salvage, as well as use that Salvage to make long-duration Buffs that can boost your character's effectiveness.
