Description
The radio told you to steal the Outbreak virus and bring it back to Port Oakes.
How to Get
To earn the Plague Carrier badge, you must complete the mission to Steal Outbreak from Lost mission assigned by the Radio.
As a Flashback mission, you must complete "Steal the Outbreak Virus" in the Soldier (Level 1-15) section.
