Description
This futuristic looking rifle has energy readings on its side, but appears to be jury-rigged with all manners of cables and dials. It can be used to nulify superpowers for a short duration. It can be used 5 times before the energy pack is depleted.
How to Get
To obtain this temporary power, accept the Deliver Nullifier Gun to Arachnos mission from Lt. Demitrovich. Unlike the prototype, this temporary power will not vanish upon mission completion.
