Sister Psyche's Praetorian counterpart is called Praetor Tilman by those who back Cole's regime, and Mother Mayhem by those who oppose it. The reason I'm telling you this is that SHE'S ATTACKING PARAGON CITY RIGHT NOW!
Sorry, I'm in sort of panic mode right this second. She's over in Waxahachie Business Park with a whole slew of those creepy Seers and IDF soldiers. I don't know what her ultimate plan is, but she's definitely up to something to come to our world. I need you to get to that business park and take her down. You are our best hope in stopping whatever she has cooked up.

You'll need to take the Monorail to get to Waxahachie Park. Remember, Mother Mayhem's Seers are brainwashed psychics from Praetoria. Most of them don't even know a life outside of being one of her psychic puppets.
