Overview
Upstart is the leader of his own Freakshow faction, the Upstart Faction. He is most notably mentioned in the The Freaklympics story arc from Marvin Weintraub or Collin Larson for Heroes. (Levels 25-29)
Background
Upstart is currently in prison, but his followers want to break him out. His followers were planning on using explosives and sonic destabilizers under Brickstown to blow the Brick House open and free him.
There is no reason given, but Dreck betrayed Upstart and was responsible for sending him to jail.
