The article says that "This change contains information that no longer applies to the current version of City of Heroes/Villains. It is provided for historical purposes." isn't really accurate, since this zone still exists and is accessible to preexisting characters.
- It ONLY exist because of what you just mentioned. For all practical purposes, the zone has been deleted. It's lore is no longer current, and the Glaxy City Destruction is almost like a retcon. I think the Historical tag is completely valid and applicable.
