Stealth IOs refers to the sett of Invention Origin Enhancements that add to the users Stealth Radius. There is one Stealth IO for each type of movement (Running, Jumping, Flying, and Teleporting). All Stealth IOs are Unique, meaning you can only have one on a single character. However, you can have a Stealth IO on each build for that character.
