Bah humbug! You've done your best to disrupt the holidays over in Paragon City.

Scrooge was initially earned by completing the mission to Steal Presents bound for Paragon City assigned by Operative Karl, Operative Franco, or Operative Gruber during the Winter Event 2005.

It is also available during later Winter Events as a prize you can purchase from the Candy Keeper for 25 Candy Canes and 30,000 inf.

The Scrooge badge is awarded to characters of the villain and rogue alignments. The same badge on heroes and vigilantes is called Holiday Spirit.
This badge unlocks the Stocking Cap costume piece.
