Description
Defeating Lord Recluse's plan to steal the powers of all the heroes on the planet was necessary at the time. After all, it wasn't YOU at the helm.
How to Get
Defeat Lord Recluse within the Statesman's Task Force.
Note
The Recluse's Rival badge is awarded to characters of the villain and rogue alignments. The same badge on heroes and vigilantes is called Peerless.
