- At the bank of the Kings Row Safeguard Mission, where she will be trying to rob it.
- At the bank of the Skyway City Safeguard Mission, where she will be trying to rob it.
Description
Once a beauty queen pageant winner that lost her looks when the building a pageant she was in burnt down. She vowed to make everyone suffer the way that she did that fateful day of fire.

Robbing the bank: I'll be able to buy my beauty back! Facemaker, here I come!
Agroed: Puny Hero! You're gonna BURN!
