Briefing
It was weird that the Carnival of Shadows had such a profound effect in confusing Anti-Matter's Clockwork invaders. We've got a tip about where the Carnival members who escaped the Battle of Waxahachie are holed up. Go there and see if they have anything to further our understanding of the situation.
