Notes
- The Lost Cure will defeat any Lost enemy except Kurse and turn them into a level 1 Citizen.
- The Citizens generated by this power will run away and aggro any and all mobs near by. They are invincible and can't be hurt, but players should beware of the aggroed mobs if they are not grey to the player.
- This power can be used on non-Lost mobs, but will have no effect and waste one of the charges.
