Description
Synapse has been seen speeding along the monorail tracks all throughout the city. Independence Port is one of his favorites.
Location
The Honorable Captain Badge is located in the Independence Port Safeguard Mission.
Its coordinates are (-1948, 0, -3172). The badge is located east of the map; your best visual clue if you are a flying or superjumping character is the BiotechniX building, which you will find right next to a blue wall. Follow the road from that building towards the rail tracks, then turn with the road; ignore the first entrance to your right, and turn into the second entrance. You will see a small alley with a couple of crates in it; the badge is right next to them.
