Overview

The Flying Carpet is a premium flight travel power available from the Paragon Market for 600 Paragon Points. This is an account purchase, does not need to be claimed from email, and becomes usable at Level 2. When the Flying Carpet is active, all powers become disabled, including toggles, and any speed buffs and set bonuses are ignored. However, the base speed of the Flying Carpet is faster than Fly, it ignores the flight speed cap, and its flight speed increases with level just like Fly itself.
