Dr. Crow is a captive under Citadel's and Longbow's care that you must kidnap. Dr. Roberta Crow is a Portal Corporation researcher who specializes in areas of inter-dimensional physics, in Peregrine Island, Paragon City, with the faction of Valuable Scientist.
She is one of four probable candidates with the knowledge of portal technology to advance Lord Recluse's Operation: DESTINY.
She can be found on the third Patron arc mission from Ghost Widow, Capture last scientist for Operation: DESTINY.
