The Contaminated are an enemy group contained exclusively in the Outbreak tutorial zone.

Contaminated Scavenger
These thugs have gotten their hands on a mysterious drug that drives them mad. The source of this drug remains a mystery, but without help these Contaminated brutes will tear the city apart.
Powers
Pipe Melee Smash, Med Dam
Pick up a stick or a pipe and clobber your foes.
Rock Ranged Smash
Prisoners can pick up small rocks and throw them at their foes. Not much damage.
Contaminated Thug
These thugs have gotten their hands on a mysterious drug that drives them mad. The source of this drug remains a mystery, but without help these Contaminated brutes will tear the city apart.

Revolver Ranged Lethal, Med Dam
Small caliber side arm. Not very accurate.
Contaminated Brawler
