Tyranny Legion
The Tyranny Legion is a villain group that appeared in the Novel The Freedom Phalanx.
In 1986 the Tyranny Legion attempted to take over Paragon City by manipulating the emotions of the citizens so they could get their candidate elected for mayor. The Legion consisted of Lord Recluse, Dr. Null, Revenant, Protean, and The Shadow Queen. The Tyranny Legion was defeated by the Freedom Phalanx of the era.
