Wiggy the Brit was once part of the London underground, knowing what was going down all over that British metropolis. Unforunately, his fame became too great and he was sought after as an accessory to various crimes around the city, and was forced to flee to the Rogue Isles. Thanks to his ingenuity and charm, he easily managed to set himself as the one and only go-to-guy in Grandville.
