Much like my Dark Control page, this page is more of a suggestions & ideas as well as sandbox, though this page is specifically for NPCs and enemy groups. The page should be split up between three categories: New NPC Groups, New / Changed NPCs, and NPC Power Icons.

New NPCs for existing factions or altered versions of existing ones.

Once more I cave in to my biggest pet-peeve: the way I think power icons should have been put into the game differently than how some are.
Void Hunters
Void Seeker / Void Stalker / Void Slayer
Nictus Absorption (Auto) Self +Resistance(Energy, Negative)
The void hunters' nictus fragments allow them to absorb all types of energy attacks.
Nictus Shield (Toggle) Self +Resistance(All but Psionics)
The void hunters' nictus fragments allow them to create a nictus shield which buffers all types of damage except for psionics.
Quantum Array Gun (Ranged) Foe Moderate Damage(Negative) / Special vs Kheldians
You have been shot by a special quantum array gun!
Star Punch (Melee) Foe Moderate Damage(Negative) / Secial vs Kheldians
You have been struck with a power-punch of nictus energy!
