Overview
The Winter Event is an annual occurrence in the "City of" franchise. It usually runs in December or January and involves the Winter Horde. The Winter event is also the largest event held ingame and is intended to be run every year according to the Game Developers.
Other hallmarks of this event are Snowball temp powers, and the present inspirations.
