How to Get
Complete one of the buff damage or buff resistance missions in any of the PvP zones, including Bloody Bay, Siren's Call, and Warburg.
Notes
- While the text says that it is given for completing 50 PvP missions, it is actually given out for completing one buff damage or buff resistance mission in a PvP zone.
