You have calmed the storm by ridding the streets of the Outcasts' leaders.
How to Get
Defeat 100 Outcast bosses.
Gladiator Badge Unlocked
When you obtain this badge, you will unlock the Outcast Slugger Gladiator badge.
Notes
- The only way to obtain this badge as a villain is in the 'Destroy Hero Statues (Destroy 2 Hero Statues)' mission from the contact 'Operative Wellman'. So far, this is the only place where villains can defeat Outcasts.
- The Weatherman badge is awarded to male characters. The same badge on female characters is called Weathergirl.
